Whil Wheaton

American Wheat Ale

Set phasers to ‘refreshing’ with this 4.6% American Wheat Beer! Crafted with 2-row barley, white wheat, and red wheat flakes, and lightly hopped with Elani hops (17 IBUs), it boasts a soft, bready character with hints of white peach, guava, and lime. Even Wesley Crusher couldn’t mess it up—though we hear Will Wheaton might argue otherwise. This new beer is definitely worth exploring!

Lacto Basilisk

Fruited Sour

Legend has it the Lacto Basilisk was born in a kettle of chaos, where juicy pomegranate, tart cherries, and tangy lime were thrown into a bubbling lair of lactobacillus madness. One sip and your tastebuds will be turned to stone—stone-cold refreshed, that is. This mythical beast balances a sharp, lip-smacking sourness with a lush fruit-forward punch. Pomegranate brings a sweet tartness, cherry drops the ruby red funk, and lime zings in like a citrusy lightning bolt. Fermented to perfection and finished with just enough bite to make you pucker and grin at the same time. Beware the gaze…
This one’s bright, bold, and anything but basic.

Space Bike

Hazy IPA

We brewed a celestial IPA with heaps of wheat and spelt, blasted it with ungodly amounts of Comet, Wakatu and Idaho 7 hops, and then zapped it with more. It’s smooth and creamy with flavors and aromas of lime, citron, danky concert musk and otherworldly fruits. It’s time to trip on a Space Bike.

This beer is a proper send-off: brewed with Rakau, El Dorado, and Eclipse hops, it’s bursting with tropical fruit, citrus zest, and a touch of peachy stone fruit—a bright, vibrant reminder of Eric’s energy and warmth. It’s hazy, it’s juicy, and it’s absolutely gold star-worthy.

Introducing Gold Star Program, a juicy, hazy IPA brewed in honor of the man, the myth, the motivator—Eric. If you’ve ever walked into Volition and heard a laugh that could fill the taproom and felt your day get 110% better, you’ve met the legend himself. Eric has been a core piece of our crew, a wholesale wizard, beertending pro, and creator of the now-famous Gold Star Program—a sticker-based motivational system designed to keep us all (especially the Millennials ) thriving one gold star at a time.

Vampire Beach Party

Our latest release is a fruited hazy IPA bursting with pineapple, passion fruit, and guava — it’s juicy, tropical, and just a little bit wild. Just like that epic beach party in The Lost Boys. (You know the one — saxophones blazing, bonfires roaring, pure 80s magic.)

Riker Maneuver

West Coast IPA

This new West Coast IPA is coming at you from deep in Sector 441 in the Beta Quadrant. Made with Mecca Grade Lamonta Pale malt and a bit of Shaniko White Wheat. Loaded with Comet, Cascade and Citra, The Riker Maneuver hits with citrus, melon, pine resin and a rounded bitterness. Please enjoy responsibly and please refrain from swinging your leg over the chair when you sit down. Not everyone can pull that off like the galaxy’s favorite playboy.

Myrddraal

Dark Rye Ale

The agent of the Dark One is back. Myrddraal is a Dark Rye Ale made with a Vienna style rye malt along with some flaked rye and a blend of specialty malts. Hopped with Citra and Centennial, this shadowspawn is bold, cunning and full of surprises.
