Princess Peach's Estranged Sister

Fruited Sour - Apricot Lemon Ginger

Not all royalty lives in the Mushroom Kingdom. This golden sour starts with a delicate base of Pilsner malt, white wheat malt, and flaked barley before being loaded with generous amounts of apricot and lemon purée. 
 
A subtle touch of ginger rounds out the finish, adding just enough depth without stealing the spotlight. The result is bright, refreshing, and beautifully layered—bursting with juicy stone fruit, vibrant citrus, clean acidity, and a whisper of spice.

Bel Tine

Wheat Ale

A bright, easy-drinking American wheat ale built with a subtle honeyed depth and light toast. The body is smooth and slightly creamy, with a natural haze and a refreshing, pillowy finish.
Strata and Idaho 7 hops bring a modern, expressive twist—layering notes of ripe strawberry, tropical citrus, apricot, and a hint of pine. The aroma is vibrant and fruit-forward, while the bitterness stays low and balanced, letting the malt and hop character shine together.

Hazy IPA

We brewed a celestial IPA with heaps of wheat and spelt, blasted it with ungodly amounts of Comet, Wakatu and Idaho 7 hops, and then zapped it with more. It’s smooth and creamy with flavors and aromas of lime, citron, danky concert musk and otherworldly fruits. It’s time to trip on a Space Bike.

Riker Maneuver

West Coast IPA

This West Coast IPA is coming at you from deep in Sector 441 in the Beta Quadrant. Made with Great Western malts Loaded with Comet, Cascade and Citra, The Riker Maneuver hits with citrus, melon, pine resin and a rounded bitterness. Please enjoy responsibly and please refrain from swinging your leg over the chair when you sit down. Not everyone can pull that off like the galaxy’s favorite playboy.
